Outfit Planning

Have multiple outfits.  Three or four different outfits give you more of a variety in your senior gallery.  Choose outfits that reflect your personality without stealing the show.  Play a sport?  Involved in an extracurricular activity?  Include them!

Pick clothing that you feel comfortable and confident in.  Don’t over think it!  Your outfits should add to your images without being the main focus.  This goes for accessories too.  When picking out accessories and jewelry, less is more.  Again, you want items that are complimentary but not too flashy.

Locations

The location of your senior pictures is important!  Locations should not only reflect your style and personality, but should also serve as the perfect backdrop for senior photos.  As an East Texas photographer, I have a variety of locations that I love to use.  I also enjoy scouting new ones!  When my clients book senior sessions, I work closely with them to ensure they get picture perfect locations.
